About Bill Nugent, AMP

Bill Nugent is a respected leader in the Canadian mortgage industry with over 35 years of experience. As co-founder and co-owner of Neighbourhood Mortgage Source Dominion Lending Centres, he leads a team of 120 agents while continuing to serve his own clients.

From humble beginnings at Norlite Mortgage to building one of the country’s top brokerages, Bill’s success has always been rooted in relationships, integrity, and a strong sense of family. A former president of IMBA and a 2018 inductee into the Canadian Mortgage Hall of Fame, Bill is known for his industry advocacy, mentorship, and unwavering commitment to helping others thrive.
