About Carrie Dragos

I help clients achieve their financial goals and give sound advice as they make the important decision to purchase or refinance a home. I always strive to improve and will bring my best every time for my clients. As a flexible, self-motivated, and detail-oriented mortgage agent I love the challenge of finding the right fit for each client’s personal situation. I believe this job makes a difference in people’s lives and I’m proud to be a part of it.

As a part of DLC, I have access not only to the big banks but dozens of other lenders as well. I am ready to serve my clients regardless of how complex the situation.

I am here to help with:

Mortgage Education – I LOVE a well laid out plan. I bought my first home on my own when I was in my early 20’s and view home ownership as a priority for long term financial stability. I have personally taken advantage of many of the products on the market including purchase plus improvements, porting a mortgage, bridging a mortgage, and second mortgage for investments. I know first-hand how these products work. I am excited to pass on my knowledge and experience as my clients take their own journeys to home ownership.

Home Purchases – Buying a home brings with it a lot of emotions and a lot of paperwork! I am here to guide my clients so that the fears and doubts are lessened, and joy and pride are increased. Buying a home does not need to be overwhelming. I am here to help!

Refinancing or Renewals – Everyone’s path is different. Life takes us to new places whether it be an unexpectedly tough time or an exciting new adventure.
